For once, something on your own behalf. Our web presence is currently being completely reworked. The process is running in the background, so that there will be as few interruptions as possible.
A general standardization is aimed at. The basic colors will be adapted to the respective topics, Sweet Home will appear in warm yellow and brown tones, Gardening will be kept in green, Traveling will appear in a fresh blue, the sewing pages will be presented in a soft pink tone and Year pages will appear in blue.
On a more technical side and to simplify the management of the site, the naming concept of the file names has been revised. Furthermore the file sizes have been reduced to reduce the load on the network infrastructure. I still hope that the low resolution computer screens will soon follow the trend of the TV-screens to finally provide an appealing and contemporary image quality.
To improve the handling of the web page with smartphones, without a mouse, the "Hamburger" menu can be more and more omitted. A simple touch on the respective picture is enough to go one step ahead or back in the hierarchy.
