Travel opportunities remain very limited this year. Those who are vaccinated can benefit from certain conveniences. Despite all this, we have again made some trips between the CORONA peaks.
The Verdon Regional Nature Park is also known for the Gorges du Verdon.
A 700 m deep limestone gorge with the Verdon River and the Sainte-Croix reservoir. Considering a possible overcrowding due to COVID-19, we made the always fascinating trip through the Verdon Gorge again this time outside the high season.

The region PACA (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) and especially the departments Alpes de Haute Provence, Vaucluse, Var and Alpes Maritimes have pleased us very much. This time we visited many villages both on the coast and in the backcountry.
These include such sounding names as Bormes-les-Mimosas, Saint-Tropez, Cap Estérel, the Calanques at Saint-Raphaël, Cannes - and more in the backcountry, characteristic villages like Ampus, Callian, Montauroux, Châteaudouble, Bargemon, Seillans, Mons, Flayosc, Villecroze and Tourtour to name a few.
