X-XII /2022 - Entrance Gate
Since the driveway to the house is relatively long, we decided to automate the entrance gate.
The necessary cable ducts were already in place. However, the installation itself presented significant difficulties. The contractor was unable to get the previously purchased video system to work. A new video system had to be purchased. The motherboard for the gate control system had also given up the ghost. This also had to be replaced. All's well that ends well: after two months, the system is now working perfectly.

The video in-house device purchased on recommendation could not connect to the existing home network. Unfortunately, a new device had to be purchased.
However, the entrance gate is now equipped with a connected video in-house unit to facilitate communication with the letter carrier, for example.
