After the painting of the facade, the time has now come to deal with the shutters. The 18 wooden shutters are now undergoing renovation. The rest of the old paint was leached off and then repainted with rosewood oil paint.All shutters will be stripped and then get a new coat of paint.
After more than five weeks without shutters and just in time for Easter, our new painted natural wood shutters are now back from the painter. It has become difficult to find a painter who takes on old shutters. Well our painter has done a beautiful job.
